Free shipping does not apply to the purchase of larger items and shipping prices will have to be qouated. Shipping costs for NT and order outside metropolitan hubs will be calculated upon checkout.

Order Processing Time & Shipping

It all depends on the volume of orders, but the lead time is generally 1 business days to process and pack your order. Delivery time is normally 5-7 business days depending on your location. Note items that are made to order or have individualized lead times will take longer. Please be patient and allow sufficient time to securely package your order, so it can safely arrive to your door. We ship using a number of diffrent carriers like Sendle and Australia Post. Sliders and larger metal armor parts typically ship via a diffrent carrier that can handle over sized items. The carrier will call ahead of time to schedule a date/time for delivery of your order.

Note: Due to the size and weight of our packages, we do not ship to PO boxes and will contact you for an updated shipping address.

Returns

 

Items can be returned within 30 days, subject to our return policy. Some products have different return policies, such as Open Box, clearance, custom items, demo, and closeout items. To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the order date. We only accept returns on wheels and metal parts that have NOT been mounted or installed. Any wheels or metal parts that have been mounted or installed are considered used and CANNOT be refunded or returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer must take all responsibility for return shipping cost. Wheels must be packed in their original packaging with care. Any damages that occur from poor return packing are also subject to fees. Non-negotiable.

Custom items are final sale. Open Box, Clearance, Demo, and Closeout items do not qualify for returns or exchanges at any time.
