At Relations Race Wheels (RRW), we design every wheel with durability, performance, and real-world use in mind. We don’t cut corners—so we back our wheels with a warranty that reflects our commitment to quality and our community of drivers.

Coverage Overview

RRW provides the original retail purchaser with:

  • Lifetime Structural Warranty
  • Covers structural defects in material or workmanship under normal and intended use.
  • 1-Year Finish Warranty
  • Covers finish defects including peeling, cracking, or other paint or coating failures due to manufacturing issues.

This warranty applies only to wheels:

  • Purchased from RRW or an authorized dealer.
  • Installed properly on the intended vehicle (correct load rating, size, offset, etc.).
  • Maintained and used under normal driving conditions (on- or mild off-road).

What Is Covered

  • Cracks or structural failures not caused by impact or misuse.
  • Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
  • Finish defects reported within one year of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage due to:
  • Impact with curbs, potholes, rocks, or road debris.
  • Improper mounting, balancing, or installation.
  • Accidents, collisions, or neglect.
  • Off-road racing, rock crawling, or competitive events.
  • Cosmetic damage from:
  • Road salt, brake dust, harsh chemicals, or pressure washing.
  • Improper cleaning methods or corrosive cleaners.
  • Wheels that have been:
  • Modified, refinished, powder-coated, or chromed.
  • Used with oversized tires, incorrect lug torque, or improper suspension setup.
  • Any damage to or caused by third-party products (e.g., tires, vehicles, suspension components).

Making a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, the following will be required.

  • Original proof of purchase.
  • Photos clearly showing the issue (close-up + full wheel).
  • Photos of all four wheels installed on the vehicle (if applicable).
  • Vehicle make/model/year, tire size, and driving conditions.
  • A short description of the issue and timeline.

We evaluate all claims on a case-by-case basis. If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the wheel at our discretion. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.

Limitations

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • Coverage is void if wheels are altered or installed improperly.
  • RRW is not liable for:
  • Labor, installation, or removal charges.
  • Damage to other vehicle parts.
  • Loss of use or inconvenience.

Important Notes

  • Any wheel returned for warranty consideration must be inspected by RRW.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before any returns.
  • Replacement wheels provided under warranty are covered for the remaining term of the original warranty.
